If you purchased one of these iPhone 5 and 5s wall chargers, stop using it immediately. It's now being recalled for a really scary reason. And the worst part? About 3,200 of these chargers were sold at Charlotte Russe stores across the country.

MiWorld Accessories is recalling these chargers due to reports that the USB cord that comes with it overheats and, in a rare case, catches fire.

There has been one confirmed report of this terrifying situation, and MiWorld wants to end it there.

If you bought a charger from Charlotte Russe and it has geometric print in mint green or peach colors, then you may have a defective gadget. If you still have your box, check the sticker on the back for the style numbers "CRGT-003" or "CRGT-004."
