New leaked video reveals the next iPhone

Can't wait for the new iPhone 6s? The big unveiling event is getting closer, but we still don't know that much about the new handset - until now. A new leaked video gives us an unprecedented look at the outside and inside of the next iPhone.

There's a lot we can't tell from this video, where the iPhone 6s (its rumored name) shows a gear screen and is opened up. But for those of us that don't recognize specific components inside our smartphones, MacRumors analyzed what's shown in the video.

The shielding on the rear of the display is glued on instead of screwed in, suggesting the new iPhone will have the Force Touch feature, which detects pressure to activate different controls. It has a new modem and new radio frequency transceiver chip for better cellular performance. And it will likely be powered by the new A9 chip, replacing the iPhone 6's A8 chip. Check out the video:

We'll find out all the details when Apple throws its media event, rumored to be on September 9. Will you be upgrading your iPhone? Let us know in the comments below.
