We knew BlackBerry was working on an Android phone in a desperate move, and now we know what it looks like. It has a keyboard! Remember those old slider phones like the Sidekick? That's what this one is, and it seems pretty interesting.

Evan Blass, a freelance editorialist from Mashable, unleashed a series of photos and GIFs of the BlackBerry Venice over the past two months. And needless to say, the idea of having a physical keyboard is something we've been waiting for.

According to Blass, the Venice is set to hit all four major cellphone carriers later this November when all the hype over the latest iPhone has subsided. As you can see in the photos below, the Venice will have a curved exterior much like the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and will be powered by a slightly tweaked version of Google's operating system.
