Do you like watching DVDs on your computer? Many new laptops don't come with DVD drives these days, but if you have one, you might be disappointed with Windows 10. Windows 10 doesn't come with software that plays DVDs.
Microsoft wants to charge you $15 to add it! Don't fall for it. There's an easy way around this if you want to watch DVDs on your Windows 10 computer and you won't have to pay a cent.
If you already have a Windows computer and are upgrading from the Windows 7 or 8.1 software, you get the Microsoft DVD player function for free. But if you are buying a fresh new computer with Windows 10 pre-installed, you're out of luck as far as Microsoft is concerned.
But there are a bunch of great free DVD playing apps and programs that you can download on your computer.
