Maybe the Apple Watch isn't stylish or opulent enough for you. Perhaps the $15,000, 42mm 18-karat yellow gold edition is a bit pedestrian for a man of your style and sophistication.
Never fear. California-based watchmaker Nico Gerard introduced a line of luxury double-sided watches, dubbed Pinnacle, on Monday. That's right, a Swiss-made traditional watch on the outside of your wrist, and a matching Apple Watch on the inside.
Sound a bit excessive? Not for you, my fabulous friend. This beauty comes in stainless steel with a black or blue dial, or 18-karat gold with a red dial, with a matching Apple Watch included. Oh, and the blue dial version is limited to 99 watches, while the gold-and-red edition is limited to 88.
The cost? Need you ask? The stainless steel black dial Pinnacle watch is a mere $9,300, but you'll have to wait 10 to 12 months for delivery. The blue dial Pinnacle is $9,500, and you can have it on your wrist in eight to 10 months. If you're impatient, we suggest the 18-karat gold edition with the red dial, available in six to eight weeks. That beauty will set you back $112,000.
The traditional side of the Nico Gerard Pinnacle watches has a 41mm case with a date indicator and is water-resistance rated to 100 meters. The accompanying Apple Watch is the 38mm version.
