Are you underpaid or overpaid based on your experience and skills? It can be hard to figure out because the market dictates wages and it's always changing. But this tool could help give you an idea.

It's a new site called "Value My CV "by job-searching site adzuna. To use it, simply upload your CV and it will calculate your estimated worth as well as give you tips to making your CV better.

What's a CV? CV is short for Curricula Vitae and it's a more comprehensive résumé that includes not only your employment history, but more in-depth details of your education, accomplishments and perhaps a summary about your goals, the ideal position you're looking for, a personal profile, links to your portfolio and more.

Just head over to the adzuna home page link below to get started. Drag and drop your CV into the main box and sit back and wait for your valuation. However, you will note that the final total you are given is in the British currency, pounds. Take that number and quickly throw it into a Google search for the proper conversion to American dollars.

Are you being underpaid? The site will give you the option to email your boss, or if you want to brush up on your skills, the site can show you problem areas you might want to fix before you send out your CV to any more potential employers.
