From logging into Facebook from the computer of the house a man was robbing, a mugger sending his victim a friend request, taking and posting selfies in clothes that you stole ... you get the idea.
That being said, let's all take a moment to appreciate the idiocy of the latest criminal to get busted thanks to a social media blunder. Looks like he didn't learn anything from this example.
23-year old Levi Charles Reardon was wanted by police in Montana for felony forgery. According to authorities, Reardon had stolen a wallet and cashed personal checks that were in the wallet.
When the Great Falls/Cascade County posted his Wanted poster on their Facebook page, he clicked "Like." Cue Homer Simpson saying "DOH!"
Although the "Like" didn't directly contribute, Reardon was later arrested without incident. His arraignment is set for May 7.
