There could be a number of reasons you aren't getting a good night's sleep, but figuring them out is tough, especially since you're ... well ... asleep for most of it.
Enter a new sleep tracker called Sense. This little orb sits in your room monitoring noise, light, temperature, humidity and air particles. It also has a little add-on called a Sleep Pill that clips to your pillow to track your movements.
Sense can use this information to wake you up at the ideal part of your sleep cycle. And, in the morning, it can tell you through an Apple app how much sleep you really got, and what factors in your environment are disturbing your rest.
It's currently available for pre-order on Kickstarter for $99 and will cost $129 when it ships in November.
