Report: ISIS targets troops and families online

Are you familiar with the term "doxing?" It's showing up more and more in the news these days. It's a very harmful hacking practice that could have very serious consequences for the victims, including leading to their deaths.

It's been seen before online, like in the #GamerGate debacle that started last year that drove several women from their homes in fear for their lives. Doxing is the act of collecting someone's personal information, like address, Social Security number and other sensitive data, and dumping the information on public sites where anyone can access it.

Now we know that as many as 100 U.S. military personnel have been doxed - allegedly by ISIS. This doxing attack has threatened not only the lives of military personnel, but the lives of their families as well.
