If you were hoping you could trust Google with your privacy, you should think again. Nearly 300,000 people are now at risk after trusting Google.

It seems that this isn't a new breach, either. This particular vulnerability in the security code has been around for two years! The worst thing about it is that these people specifically requested extra privacy protection. Now hackers could have their names, birthdates, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.

The breach first appeared back in 2013, but it's only recently been reported to Google and fixed. This means that a lot of people, maybe you or a loved one, have had their sensitive data up for grabs to anyone who knew how to find it.
