I've got some bad news for all of the single folks out there. Tinder, one of the most popular free dating apps around, is about to start charging users to access some of its features.
The popular app lets singles search for potential dates in their area. If you see someone who interests you, just swipe right on their photo. If they like you back, Tinder connects the two of you, so you can chat or even set up a date. You can also swipe left on someone if you're not interested.
The basic Tinder app will still be free, but users who want to unlock bonus features will have to pay a monthly price. Worse yet, people over the age of 30 are going to pay a steeper fee than younger users.
