Google may have plans to become the first all-in-one mobile provider. The company already produces Nexus smartphones and the Android operating system, and pretty soon you might be able to purchase your cell service from the search giant, too.
We've already heard rumors about Google's desire to enter the cell service industry and take on major players like Verizon and AT&T. But, Google isn't likely to start its own network anytime soon. Instead, Google will likely partner with companies like T-Mobile or Sprint and piggyback off of their networks to bring Google-branded cell service to customers.
Even if thought it's unlikely that Google will create its own network, the company could still revolutionize the industry by providing customers with some groundbreaking new cell technology.
