Last year, it was the "polar vortex." This year, it's the "Siberian Express." Niagara Falls has frozen over, Boston and the New England area have seen record snow fall. It sure has been a long and cold winter to say the least. (Well, for most parts of the country anyway. Not in Phoenix.)
And one frozen police force in Harlan City, Kentucky, has about had it with winter and just want to let it go. With temperatures plummeting as low as 17 below, officials issued a warrant for the fictional character responsible, and posted it to their Facebook page.
Can you guess who it is? The suspect is a "blonde female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song."
