Tired of cables and cords cluttering your space? Then you might want to consider checking out Samsung's Galaxy S6 smartphone when it debuts later this year. Not only are Samsung customers the happiest smartphone users around, but the company's latest gadget could also include a game-changing feature that even iPhone owners don't have.
Rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy S6 could feature wireless charging technology. That's right, forget about keeping track of that charging cable everywhere you go. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S5 customers can already wirelessly charge their gadgets using optional accessories, but the latest rumors indicate Samsung could be making wireless charging a default feature in the near future.
In a post on Samsung’s official blog, the company’s lead engineer for IT and Mobile, Seho Park, described how advances in wireless charging over the past few years have made the tech much faster, more efficient and easier to integrate into devices from a components perspective.
