The family of a 13-year-old boy is in mourning after he was shot following a fight started over a few Facebook posts. This is a situation no family should ever have to go through, and I hope the killer is brought to justice.

Anthony Diaz and two of his sisters snuck out of their house in Chicago late Sunday night to fight a group of girls that one of his sisters had gotten into an argument with on Facebook. The other group allegedly jumped Diaz and the others, and he was shot. He was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.

"Well I got into it with some girls on Facebook, we came, we fought, they got out of hand, they jumped all of us and they shot my brother," said Anthony's sister Jennifer Sosa.

The boy's stepfather is an evangelical preacher and is encouraging the person who did this to turn himself in. This was a truly senseless act of violence and my heart goes out to the boy's family.
