Cyberbullying is sadly an all-too-familiar occurrence for teens and tweens. The harassment of classmates and other people from school in online settings can have devastating effects on kids. Even worse, kids aren't the only victims here.
But posting mean things online isn't just limited to younger kids gossiping about someone at school. People who intentionally post mean-spirited or inflammatory content are commonly called "trolls," and they're everywhere.
If your kids or any kids you know have been affected by online bullying on social media, you know how serious the issue is. I've showed you examples before.
That being said, you really need to watch this video from the U.S. campaign group Champions Against Bullying and learn the story behind it so we can put an end to cyberbullying once and for all.
