I've showed you expensive smartphones before. Huge name brands like Swarovski have jumped on the smartphone bandwagon before. These incredibly blinged-out phones are definitely for the rich and famous.
Especially phones like the million-dollar iPhone. I still can't believe that's a real thing.
Now, Lamborghini - yes, the car company - is trying to get in on the smartphone action with a slick phone of its own. The price point isn't too bad, either, at a mere $6,000 per phone.
The problem isn't the style, it's what's under the hood. This Lamborghini-brand Android, named the 88 Tauri, is all style and no power.
"There's a 5-inch HD display and a 2.3GHz quad-core processor. It also comes with 64GB of storage and 3GB of RAM. The 20-megapixel camera is a bit more impressive, along with a front-facing 8-megapixel camera."
There will only be 1,947 of these 88 Tauris manufactured, in honor of Ferruccio Lamborghini's birth year. The phone comes in real leather and steel, with color options of blue, black, red, orange and brown in leather and silver, gold, or black in steel.
Take a look at the images from the Tonino Lamborghini 88 Tauri Facebook page. It looks pretty slick, doesn't it?
