Guys, don't make Ebola jokes when you're traveling. Seriously, don't.
It's not funny and it leads to way more trouble than it's worth. Just ask this knucklehead who was reportedly coughing on a flight to the Dominican Republic. He decided that it would be funny to yell out, "I've been to Africa!" while they were still on the plane.
Officials had no choice but to take him seriously, and sure enough, health experts showed up in hazmat suits and delayed the plane for two hours.
You can see a video below from a fellow passenger below. The flight attendant that you hear at the beginning of the video was less than impressed with this jokester.
Warning: There may be a swear word at the end of the video, user discretion advised.
The passenger was identified and escorted off the plane by health officials. Medics confirmed that the man did not have a fever, and this was just a joke gone wrong. Really wrong.
