Facebook's latest feature might just be something that you actually want. Although it doesn't quite make up for forcing mobile users to download yet another app, the social network's new friendship pages might be a real tear-jerker.
Here's how to use Facebook's Friendship Pages:
- Go to a Facebook friend's profile
- Click the "..." under their cover photo
- Click "see friendship" in the dropdown
What you'll see next is a collection of memories that you've shared together on Facebook.
Pictures, comments and any other moments will be easy to navigate. It's a one-stop shop for everything you've done with a friend on Facebook.
You can do this for more than one friend, too. After you've visited a friendship page, click the "More" button in the "..." dropdown and then type in a friend's name. You'll be able to create a friendship page for as many people as you want.
Click the "Share Friendship" button right underneath the cover photo to post the Friendship page on your profile or a friend's. You can even send it as a private message or post it in a Group or Page you manage.
If you want to, you can bookmark the page to save it or copy and paste the URL to put the page in an email.
If a person isn't Facebook friends with either you or the person you share the Friendship Page with, they may not be able to view the pictures due to privacy settings.
Your Friendship Pages will show all the photos and statuses shared by you and your friend or family member until the time you first met.
That means there could be some pictures in there you don't want your friends to see or be reminded about.
