When Windows 8 was released back in 2012, people flipped over the fact that the Start menu disappeared.
Meanwhile, others were just plain-old confused with the new interface. Let's face it, it took a lot of us a while to get used to it.
That's why Microsoft brought back the Start button (sort of) with Windows 8.1, but again, not everyone was happy.
The Start Menu won't arrive until April 2015, with the release of the next "major" version of Windows, currently being called Threshold. But here's something you can be excited about: New leaked screen shots of the new, full Start menu!
In the screen shots from Myce, "Threshold" is labeled as Windows 8.1. Pro, but that's likely a placeholder name and will have the new name inserted once everything is confirmed.
Be on the lookout for the new Windows early in 2015 and stay tuned to what's Happening Now for all the latest news as it breaks.
