Edward Snowden has been in Russia since June 24, 2013, so it's no surprise that he would be a little lonely and looking for love on Tinder.
At least that's how one fake Tinder account sees things.
The spoof Tinder account profile for Snowden reads: "Good with computers. Optimist. Love to travel."
Just wait until you see some of the Tinder conversations below. They've been making the rounds on Reddit, Instagram and Imgur.

Lonely Ed: I'm just a guy, standing in front of a girl, asking her to love me
Clarisse: How long are you going to be there
Lonely Ed: Unknown at this point. I think you'll have to come to me for date 1
Clarisse: :-) if I came out there you would like me so much that you would try to kidnap me and keep me there.
Clarisse: Is Russia where you are from? I've never been to any other countries. I do plan to get my passport this year though.
Lonely Ed: I'm guessing you don't follow the news much?
Looks like some people didn't find the joke funny however. According to the account's Instagram page, the Tinder account has been suspended.
The email reads:
Hi guys! My Tinder access appears to have been mistakenly suspended? Despite recent media attention to my loneliness, I'm sure eventually I'll meet the right person! Thanks for the memories. Best, Lonely Ed
