The TSA might make you turn on your gadgets or leave them behind

To avoid losing your phone or tablet, make sure they remain charged if you are traveling home from an international airport. The TSA has not said which airports will have the screenings, so you always have to be prepared.

It is easy to drain your battery while waiting for a plane by surfing the Web, watching videos or checking emails. Make sure you keep your charger and all of your adapters in your carry-on in case your gadget dies. Remember, if it won't turn on, you can't take it home.

Make sure your charger is safe and don't buy a knockoff.
