Are you lovin' it?

Following Starbucks' lead, McDonald's is testing out a new "order-ahead" and payments app called McD Ordering.

It works like this, according to Business Insider:

The app links to a credit or debit card, which is automatically charged when a customer arrives and scans a QR code displayed at the restaurant. The phone then displays the customer's order number. Once everything's ready, the customer picks up food and drinks — without waiting in a line or interacting with a cashier.

It's only available at 22 locations throughout Columbus, Georgia, but the app is already available in the iTunes and Google Play stores.

What do you think about this advancement? Will you use it when you eat at McDonald's? Let me know your thoughts by posting in the comments below.
