Some people go all out for their coffee. Click here to see what I mean.
Looks like the International Space Station is no different - only they go way further out for their java fix.
The International Space Station is getting a full-fledged espresso machine dubbed the "ISSpresso."
The "ISSpresso," a capsule-based espresso machine, will enable astronauts to brew the hot caffeinated beverage as an alternative to the instant coffee that has been their only option aboard the space station for the past 13 years.
It's not the first beverage machine in space, however, it is the first espresso machine in space and it will accompany another first in space: astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, the first Italian woman in space.
"How cool is that?" Cristoforetti wrote on Twitter. "I'll get to operate the first space espresso machine!"
