Just days after her parents were awarded $80,000 in a lawsuit against Gulliver Preperatory School, Dana Snay posted to her 1,200 Facebook friends: "Mama and Papa Snay won the case against Gulliver, Gulliver is now officially paying for my vacation to Europe this summer. SUCK IT"
Unfortunately for Dana and her parents, one of the conditions of the settlement was a non-disclosure agreement. In an appellate court, a judge threw out the settlement for violating the NDA. Click here to read the full story from the Miami Herald.
