A recent caller to The Komando Show had a great question. They were having issues with displaying photos on their TV and were looking for an app or device that would help.
Here’s what they wrote: “I have thousands (approx 8,000) photos scanned and saved and I plan to add more. Is there a device or app that can turn my TV screen into a digital photo album to scroll through all those photos like a digital frame would do? I have used a jump drive, but it doesn’t scroll through all the pictures on the jump drive and they are very small on the TV.”
We’ve all had those uncomfortable situations at work. Maybe it’s a disagreement with a coworker or a tricky customer interaction — or even firing a long-time employee. Don’t you wish you could practice? Thanks to VR, AR and AI developer Talespin, you can.

If you pay close attention, you already know that products get recalled by government watchdog agencies all the time. Some recalls are pretty minor and others could cause serious injury if not addressed immediately.

We all know how much data our smartphones collect. The apps alone are data collection machines, and so is the search engine you use. Tap or click here to see which apps grab the most personal data from you.
Other smart devices similarly handle data collection. That smart speaker you’re using to control your robovac and smart thermostat is a culprit, and so is that smartwatch you’re wearing. If the device uses apps or “smart” features, it collects data.

There’s nothing quite like getting a new tech toy. The shiny exterior of a new iPad or the lightning-fast navigation on that new Mac makes receiving a new toy or two for Christmas so enticing.
You may have even asked for an upgrade to your Apple gadgets for Christmas this year or snagged a few on Black Friday. The iPhone 12 Pro or one of the new iPads made great gifts. There’s plenty of new Apple tech to choose from now that new watches, iPads and other Apple gadgets are on shelves.
Not all life hacks are created equal. Some you may only use one time to help you fix a setting on your phone or computer.
But then there are ones that you will be using time and time again.
