Our days are busy. They are filled with things we have to do, fires we have to put out and people we have to see. Truthfully, it can be a lot.

While many apps are meant to increase productivity, others are meant to help you find some Zen. One of them is named Calm, and it does exactly that.
Calm claims to help you meditate, sleep and relax. It offers guided meditation sessions with lengths of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 minutes, meaning you can fit any session into your day.
Among the things it will help you with include calming anxiety, managing stress and sleeping better. It can also improve your focus and concentration while helping with your happiness, gratitude and self-esteem.
Along with classes, Calm also has music and sounds that you can play in order to bring a touch of serenity to your day.
Now, while Calm is free, there are certain extra features you can pay for. But for most people, the free version will probably be enough.
Calm works for iOS and Android as well as on a desktop, meaning there is really no excuse not to let it improve your life.
