Coloring books aren't just for kids. Amazingly, the adult coloring trend has even led to a color pencil shortage ... WORLDWIDE! So if you happen to get your hands on colored pencils, you'll need some pages to color.
One great resource comes to us from the National Archives. If you go to the section for U.S. Patents, you'll find 17 different pages to colors. However, they aren't pictures you'd expect.
Instead of mandalas and gorgeous patterns, these coloring pages are patents for interesting devices such as robots, a wind-up frog, a combined robe and jacket, and many more interesting items from years past.
Not only will you be coloring in cool inventions from years past, you'll learn something too! Enjoy!
