If you're shopping for Christmas or Hanukkah gifts, there's a really good chance you're looking for a smartwatch. Smartwatches and wearable tech, like Fitbit's fitness trackers, are hot this year.
That's a big change since Apple Watch's underwhelming launch in April, when the fate of smartwatches looked iffy. However, sales are starting to take off. That's due in part to Apple offering discounts for Apple Watch at some stores, and for touting it along with the iPhone 6s and the iPad Pro at its annual hardware event in September.
Target, for instance, recently said Apple Watch was one of its top-10 best sellers on Black Friday. Some analysts think Apple will sell 12 million Watches this year. Apple is already the No. 2 wearable tech firm in the world (Fitbit is No. 1). It accounted for 19% of the 21 million wearable devices sold in the third quarter, according to IDC.
So, you'd think shopping for a smartwatch would be easy. But, despite its solid sales, Apple Watch is hardly the only smartwatch on store shelves this year. We've been telling you about smartwatches from LG, Pebble, Samsung and others.
Which one looks the best, and which one is the most affordable? Which smartwatch has the longest battery life? Which one has the largest display screen? To help you figure it out, we created the exclusive Komando Smartwatch Comparison Chart.
