Kim's Take: This data breach will go down as one of the biggest in history

There’s been another data breach. But this breach will go down as one of the biggest in history.

The latest data breach includes 770 million unique email addresses and over 20 million passwords. It’s being called Collection #1.

It looks to be a collection of info from about 2,000 leaked databases. Now this is the biggest breach of records made public -- but the largest on record is still billions of Yahoo accounts a few years back.

But all that personal data still hasn’t seen the light of day, yet. You can check to see if you’re on the breach list, but why bother? You probably are, so watch out for phishing scams and bogus email.

And if you are still using the same password for multiple sites, for goodness sake, stop that already.
