We are seeking an experienced, in-house Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Our email newsletters are sent out to over 12 million email recipients each week. Our audience spans the globe! They are consumers and small business owners. They act and react. You will be able to contribute right off the bat. That's how fast we move around here.
You will be responsible for building the sales strategies behind our eBooks, monetized Alexa Skill, Amazon Influencer Storefront, Facebook Fan Subscriptions and our own ad-free membership-based social community
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the digital marketing team including graphic design, editorial and web development and report to the VP of Corporate Marketing
Daily monitoring of our membership-based social community’s engagement and web performance.
Develop new ways to increase membership base.
Ensure the membership platform is up to date and functioning properly.
Strategize and plan new marketing campaigns and initiatives for all products, and collaborate with Editorial and Marketing teams to deploy them.
Own performance by setting proper success metrics, conducting A/B testing, and tracking them in a way to maintain accountability.
Reporting - Use Google Analytics, PMPro, Stripe and Quickbooks to report on KPIs, revenue, loss and areas of improvement. Monitor the accuracy of these reports.
Facebook Subscriptions - Develop strategy for sales and delivery of premium content.
Bookkeeping - Add all sales transactions in Quickbooks and create deposits; Record all payments given; Monitor P & L for accuracy.
Vendor relations - Maintain positive relationships, negotiate terms and troubleshoot issues with vendors such as Stripe, Worldpay, PMPro, Google, Amazon, 3rd party developers and more.
Manage development of high-performing digital creative assets & landing pages, enable media tracking to ensure customer attribution.
Identify opportunities to optimize the website and find new ways to increase revenue.
Track weekly and monthly performance from all campaigns and present results to VP of Corporate Marketing and CEO
Ensure products are promoted through all marketing channels including digital ads, paid ads, retargeting, social media, email newsletters.
Develop paid advertising campaigns, PPC campaigns, Facebook ads, Search ads to increase sales; Continue to monitor the success of campaigns and optimize performance.
Amazon Influencer Storefront - Develop a plan for revenue. Keep storefront up to date with new and emerging categories as well as adding revelevent products to them.
Alexa Skill - Develop a marketing plan to sell
eBooks - Maintain marketing strategy and develop ways to increase sales. Identify new book topics. Use Kindle Create to turn new eBooks into a Kindle eBook and list on Kindle Direct Publisher; Increase subscriptions; Ensure the Amazon Skill is up to date and working properly.
Complete audience, creative and tactical analysis to identify optimization opportunities to drive conversion
Oversee customer service efforts.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Web analytics experience a must
Experience managing and developing online revenue channels
Google Ad Manager experience (previously DFP)
Experience with publisher advertising network programs
SEO measurable experience
Facebook and other social ads experience
Google Search and PPC experience
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to drive actions
Willingness to learn and a passion for marketing and sales
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines and never miss deadlines
Excellent time management skills

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing or communications
Minimum 5 years of digital experience
Proven track record of generating online revenue
Strong working knowledge of email, Internet as well as MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and the Google equivalent.

ABOUT THE KIM KOMANDO SHOW
WestStar Multimedia Entertainment is a national broadcasting company that is home to The Kim Komando Show. The Kim Komando Show for radio is syndicated and broadcast nationally, distributed via satellite to more than 400 top radio stations with 6.5 million weekly listeners.
Kim was the first national female talk host to discuss consumer electronics since 1995. The program originates at WestStar at the 24,000 sq. ft. broadcast center in central Phoenix. Over the past 6 years, WestStar has experimented with a television version of this successful radio program.
The Kim Komando Show airs on the renowned Bloomberg Television weekly.
The program is shot as an 11-camera HD production (recorded with 8 cameras in isolation for precise production/editing). Much of the new program will consist of original content interlaced with some segments of the radio program.
