One of the nation’s largest personality-driven radio, television and podcasting corporations is seeking an experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to support a C-level executive officer.

You should have experience already providing a wide range of executive and personal support, preferably at the C-level. You must be well organized, flexible and self directed, with excellent judgment and the ability to anticipate needs. You deal with a lot of confidential matters, will interact with professionals at all levels and juggle a fast-paced environment. The ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Kim Komando Multimedia is rapidly expanding in many divisions, as we are one of the fastest growing broadcast media companies in America! For over 20-years, Kim Komando has led the industry in tech-lifestyle programming within the national radio category, reaching millions of people every week.
Today, our multimedia network includes radio programs that reach over 3.5 million Nielsen-rated unique listeners per week, a new global television program that airs on the prestigious Bloomberg TV Network distributed to over 300 million homes internationally, podcasts that serve over 1 million downloads per month, a website that enjoys 1.6 million monthly visitors, an aggressive newsletter platform with over 25 million sends per month, and a sponsor-dedicated email platform. Plus, major streaming and YouTube initiatives in the works.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position's duties and responsibilities span the gamut but include:
Maintaining calendars and schedules
Domestic and international travel planning
Event planning and management
Cultivating arrangements and negotiating pricing
Executive support in communications online, phone and in person
Seeing to the daily requirements of two busy executives
Juggling multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Other duties as requested
Skills and specifications
Excellent and proactive calendar management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Mastery of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, both professional and personal
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with people inside and outside the company
Support experience in a professional media or marketing environment is helpful
Travel planning experience and event management a plus
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Education and Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or organizational development
Must have prior executive assistant experience for C-level executives
We offer a competitive hourly rate that depends on your experience. Paid time off includes: sick, corporate holidays,and personal vacation. This is a part-time, onsite position at our studio and corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.
