The Kim Komando Show is the nation's largest talk radio show about everything digital. It broadcasts every weekend on more than 450 radio stations in the U.S. and internationally on the American Forces radio Network. The show also streams live in HD video to paying subscribers and soon, to a national TV audience. Kim's weekly column appears nationally in USA Today, FoxNews and in more than 100 daily newspapers. We have a constantly updated website and send more than 12 million email newsletters each week. We also produce books, consumer buying guides, audio podcasts and videos.

Where else can you apply your digital marketing talents and expand your horizons on a national platform in the Phoenix area? We operate from our state-of-the-art 24,000 sq foot radio and television broadcast facility in the center of town.
Duties and Responsibilities
Report to the Director of Digital Marketing, assist with all digital marketing campaigns and projects
Track campaign performance, prepare performance reports post campaign, and make recommendations (includes newsletters, Kim's Club, social media, Google Analytics)
Assist in development and execution of email collection campaigns
Assist with new messaging for in-house ads (Shop, Kim's Club, App) for the website and newsletters
Write marketing content to promote our products in newsletters.
Own and administer monthly calendar of promotional campaigns across newsletters
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish, and share content on social media daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Build meaningful engagement through dialog and messaging
Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ and others
Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
Track and analyze reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Ensure all messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies
Identify new opportunities to increase pageviews through various media including YouTube videos, social media, podcasts, website, and email newsletters
Perform daily quality control to the website to catch any issues
Spearhead contest programs including scheduling and promoting
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach

Skills and Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
Google Analytics reporting experience is a must
Knowledge of SEO content and keyword best practices (write metatags, Track Webmaster Tools)
Knowledge of email marketing
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent time management skills
Excellent Marketing copywriting
Excellent communication, interpersonal and phone skills
Experience in creating email-based outreach and acquisition campaigns; re-engagement and A/B testing email campaigns a plus
Have extremely sharp eye and attention to detail
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
Design skills with experience in Photoshop and InDesign a plus
Ability to work with little direction yet follows company procedures
Background in Marketing and understanding of Marketing principles
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, creative
Not taking no for an answer
Ability to think outside the box and show initiative
Knowledge of html code a plus
Must be willing to "Do" not "Delegate"
This position doesn't have any direct reports
