Ask any Apple fan and they’ll tell you Apple doesn’t “do” discounts. That said, the high demand and build quality surrounding Apple products is usually more than enough to get fans and consumers alike to foot the bill for the latest iPhone. But when Black Friday rolls around, all the usual rules go out the window. Prices for other products tend to drop in an effort to draw customers, and even Apple products aren’t exempt from the deals. In recent years, Apple has even rolled out promotions like gift cards to sweeten the pot for potential buyers.
In honor of Black Friday, we’ve put together a guide on the best deals for Apple products. Whether you’re shopping for a new phone or headphones, these promotions only come around once a year. There’s never been a better time to bite into these Apple products.
Save on the iPhone with these carrier promos
The iPhone is Apple’s crown jewel — and its least-likely product to discount. But this only goes for unlocked phones, of which Apple can control the price more directly. When it comes to carriers, they can make deals all Black Friday weekend long.
Starting Thanksgiving Day, you can save nearly 50% on a new iPhone 11 Pro by activating a new line with an installment plan on either Verizon, AT&T or Sprint when you shop at Best Buy. You’ll need to trade in your old phone to qualify for this deal. Click or tap here to visit Bestbuy.com and learn more.
Target is offering a deal of its own on iPhones with a unique twist. If you activate either the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, or 11 Pro Max with Verizon or AT&T, you’ll receive a complimentary $200 Target gift card.
The company will also offer a $200 gift card for the iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max, both of which are cheaper than the iPhone 11 family of products. Visit Target.com to learn more.

Get a new iPad for less from these retailers
The iPad is popular for its big screen and bigger selection of features, but they aren’t cheap systems. Thankfully, you can pick up an iPad of your very own this holiday weekend for up to $100 off from retailers like Amazon, Staples and Best Buy.
Staples is offering the iPad 7th generation 32GB model for just $249, while it’s $279 at Best Buy. To make it clear, this is down from the asking price of $329.99!
Note that for Best Buy, you’ll need to sign up for the free My Best Buy program to catch these savings.
Save up to $200 on the MacBook
Best Buy just can’t get rid of its MacBook stock fast enough. For Black Friday weekend, the company is knocking up to $200 off the 128GB and 258GB MacBook Air models with True Tone displays. These discounts are instant, and are available now when you check out — down from the MSRP of $1299 to only $1099!
If you’re looking for a slightly bigger screen and more robust hardware, you can still save up to $200 on the 13.3-inch MacBook Pro. This discount is available for the week of Black Friday at both Best Buy and Amazon.
Get the Apple Watch and AirPods for less than the MSRP
Apple accessories won’t be missing out on the savings this year. Walmart is offering significant deals on both the Apple Watch and AirPods, which are both available for up to $30 off MSRP. The Apple Watch Series 3 is up for just $169.99, and AirPods are on sale for only $139!
Visit Walmart.com for more details on the Airpods, as well as the Apple Watch.
Bonus: Wait, Apple IS doing something this year?
Unlike previous years, Apple is doing a Black Friday promotion of sorts. Whether it nets customers any real savings, however, won’t be known until the day of.

In a mysterious teaser, the company is pledging up to $200 gift cards with the purchase of select products from Black Friday until the following Monday. There’s no word on exactly which products will qualify or how, but we encourage shoppers to keep an eye out for whatever tricks Apple may have up its sleeve.
Plus, unlike the other locations, the friendly employees at the Apple Store will be happy to help you set up your new device. Click or tap here to learn how to get help at the Genius Bar.
