Lately, all the buzz in the digital art world has been the release of Adobe's Photoshop Sketch, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro and the cool new Apple Pencil to write and draw with. But what about the Android users? The best apps in the biz aren't compatible with those devices. But all is not lost. There's an app called ArtRage and it's the go-to option for Android users.

Get creative and create your own cool designs, paintings, sketches, illustrations and anything else you can come up. And there's a wide variety of mediums and tools to choose from. There are oils and watercolors, pencils, crayons and paint rollers.

The tool box includes a wide variety of different brushes, airbrushes, paint rollers, pens, pencils, chalk, palette knife, markers and a sparkly glitter pen.

Better yet, these tools all have plenty of different ways give control over your creation - from thickness of paint to the softness of the brush.  It also knows how much paint you've used so it spreads across the canvas as it would in real life. The same goes for the texture of your paper or canvas, or the amount of moisture in your paint for proper blending and mixing.

ArtRage also comes complete with other basic photo editing features, such as the ability to work in layers, scale, rotate, blend and crop as needed.

Both the Android and Apple versions are $4.99 and the iPhone app is $1.99.
