If you've quit smoking, you may be having a tough time resisting the urge to pick up a cigarette. You'd benefit from some motivation.

Some positive reinforcement and some fun could help make the long process of quitting a lot easier. If you have enough fun, you may just find the days since you've quit quickly add up.

The app Kwit works like a game, with positive reinforcement for resisting the urge to smoke. You rack up points by achieving milestones, based on how many days you haven't smoked. You start as a Novice and work your way up to Ultimate Kwitter.

Along the way, you find out the health benefits of the level you've achieved. For instance, at level 5: Carbon monoxide is eliminated from your body.

If you need extra encouragement, there are 200 motivation cards. You'll see ones like: "Stay Firm. Think positive thoughts about how awesome it is that you are quitting smoking and getting healthy. Be patient with yourself."
