The app Kwit works like a game, with positive reinforcement for resisting the urge to smoke. You rack up points by achieving milestones, based on how many days you haven't smoked. You start as a Novice and work your way up to Ultimate Kwitter.
Along the way, you find out the health benefits of the level you've achieved. For instance, at level 5: Carbon monoxide is eliminated from your body.
If you need extra encouragement, there are 200 motivation cards. You'll see ones like: "Stay Firm. Think positive thoughts about how awesome it is that you are quitting smoking and getting healthy. Be patient with yourself."
