For kids, Easter is a day filled with goodies. But where do all these goodies come from?.
Here’s some background on the video. It’s from way back in 1934. It was part of Disney’s animated series, Silly Symphonies. Another famous Disney character owes his success to Silly Symphonies.
I’m talking about Mickey Mouse. In the early ’30s, Columbia Pictures distributed Mickey Mouse cartoons. But they only did so to get exclusive rights to Silly Symphonies. There’s a neat piece of history.
