Steer clear of survey sites offering huge, guaranteed paydays. These sites often ask you for money upfront. Or they require you to sign up for costly services.

Legitimate survey sites work with marketing research companies. You give the site your demographic data. It serves up surveys that are looking for your opinion.

I’ve found three survey sites that pay. All are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. How much can you make taking surveys? You can usually make at least a few dollars per survey.

This site will invite you, via e-mail, to participate in surveys. Completing surveys earns you incentives. “Incentives” just means money. But the amount offered varies for each survey.

You can also earn money by referring others to the site. If they complete surveys, you’ll get paid. And if they in turn refer people, you’ll get paid again. And taking surveys enters you in a monthly sweepstakes for $10. (Wow!!!)
