Sleep vs. Hibernate: Which is better?

 

Q. I don't like turning off my computer at night because it takes forever to start in the morning. I saw options called "Sleep" and "Hibernate" on my computer's shutdown menu. Do these make things better? Thanks for all you do, Kim!
