Returns and Exchanges


RETURNS
The Store at Komando.com wants to ensure every product and service you receive is correct. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and want to return it for a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • You may return merchandise within 30 days of the sale date.
  • The merchandise must be in new condition and must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • Kim’s 100% Money Back Guarantee entitles you to a refund of the purchase price and sales tax.
  • Refunds for credit card sales will be credited to that same credit card. A refund check will be mailed for orders originally paid by checks or money orders.
  • Refunds may take 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

Please follow this procedure for all returns:

  • Send an e-mail using our Customer Service Support Form so we know to expect your return. No authorization number is required, but please enclose with the product(s) an explanation of why you are returning the product(s) and include a copy of the packing slip for faster processing.
  • Enclose and wrap the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship to the address below:

A special note about damaged/defective products or shipping errors: While we make every effort to limit errors, mistakes may occur. If we make a shipping  error, we will send you a replacement product immediately and at no charge to you. We will provide return packaging and/or postage for the product to be returned to us. If your product arrived damaged or is defective, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge to you. Please send an e-mail using our Customer Service Support Form right away.

EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong product(s), we can exchange it for you. Please note these conditions:

  • You may exchange merchandise within 30 days of the sale date.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • The merchandise must be in new condition and must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • You will be responsible for any difference in price for any exchanged item(s), plus a $2.00 processing fee and shipping and handling.
  • Any applicable credits will be issued to the credit card directly if the original purchase was made by credit card. Otherwise, you will be mailed a check.
  • If you send a check or money order to cover costs of your product exchange, funds must clear before the exchange can be processed.
  • Exchanges may take 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
  • Delays may occur if product is not received or there are not sufficient funds on the check or money order.

REPLACEMENT DISCS
If you lose, break or damage your CD book(s), we can ship you a replacement disc or discs. The cost is $2.50 per disc, plus shipping and handling for either First Class Mail or U.S. Priority Mail.  To request a replacement disc or discs, please follow this procedure:

  • Send an e-mail using our Customer Service Support Form and include your full name, billing address, billing telephone number with area code, which book(s) you need and your original order number.
  • If you received the book(s) as a gift, please provide the full name and address of the person who gave you the book(s) for order verification.
  • Customer Service will e-mail you back with payment instructions.
