All standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders weighing 13 ounces or less may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We do not offer any delivery tracking information for orders that are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. We do offer Second-Day Rush Delivery by UPS to the continental United States. UPS shipments are subject to their terms and conditions. This is the only shipping option that provides tracking information. We would be happy to e-mail your UPS tracking number to you once your order has shipped. Please send us an e-mail with this request using our Customer Service Support Form.
You must verify your entire order during the checkout process. Double-check your billing and shipping addresses and the products selected before placing your order. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes. Any orders indicating a Post Office box as the shipping address and marked to go UPS will be changed to USPS Priority Mail and credited the difference. Limit your street address to 30 characters. Orders returned due to invalid shipping addresses or being refused by the recipient will be refunded less the shipping and handling cost.
If you are shipping your order to another person, be sure to contact that person to expect the shipment. Better yet, use our Gift Wrapping option and add a personalized message. That way, the recipient will know it is from you.
Orders are typically processed the next business day, but might be processed the same day. We will notify you by e-mail of any specific delays outside these parameters. Allow 10 days for First Class and seven days for Priority Mail deliveries. Canadian orders may take longer. Our Second-Day Rush Delivery by UPS will not ship on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) nor is the date the orders ships out considered part of the two-day delivery service. Please keep this in mind when selecting the UPS shipping and handling option.

U.S. states and territories: $5.70.
Canada: This option is not available.
Shipping/handling charges for Priority Mail:
U.S. states and territories: $7.50 (first item), plus $1.50 for each additional item.
Canada: $19.95 (first item), plus $2 for each additional item
Shipping/handling charges for UPS Second-Day Rush Delivery:
Continental U.S. 48 states: $14.95 (first item), plus $1.50 for each additional item.
Canada: This option is not available.

Please include your full name and order number from the order confirmation page or your order confirmation e-mail.
OUT-OF-STOCK-ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you directly by e-mail. You may substitute for a comparable product (Customer Service will inform you of which products are comparable) or cancel your order. We cannot hold funds until a product becomes available. However, we will notify you by e-mail when the product becomes available. Please use our Customer Service Support Form for those requests.
