Step 1. - Adding items to your shopping cart.
Click on any item to read its description. Be sure to click on the Product Details link for more product information. You can add Gift Wrapping with a personalized message by clicking to checkmark the box next to "Add gift wrapping." The page will refresh with a drop down menu to select the gift wrapping paper and a message box to type in your personalized message of up to 500 characters.
To buy it, click the ADD TO CART button as shown:

In your virtual shopping cart, you can change the quantity of your product(s) as well as remove products and gift wrapping with your personalized message. To increase the quantity, type over the 1 and click the update hyperlink right under the quantity box. To remove products, click the delete hyperlink to the right on the product's line.
To keep shopping, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. To check out, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
If you already have a Kim's Club account, you can select the KIM'S CLUB MEMBER SIGN IN & PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Step 2. - Checkout.
Type in your full name, billing and e-mail address information on our secure form.
In the Payment Method section, select the radio button for paying by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or by Check or Money Order.
If selecting the credit card payment option, click on the the drop down menu to choose either Visa or MasterCard. Then type in your 16-digit credit card number and select the month and year for the card's expiration. Enter your credit card number as a series of digits without adding any spaces or symbols (like: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). Verify all of your information before proceeding to the next step.
For US territories such as Guam or Puerto Rico, please choose "United States" as the country. For US military addresses, type in APO or FPO in the City field, then choose the corresponding APO or FPO type (AA, AE or AP) in the State drop down menu.
If you have a shipping address that is different than your billing address, enter it after the Payment Method section. Otherwise, click to checkmark the box next to "My shipping address is the SAME as my Billing Address." Please note that your Billing information will not appear on your packing slip when your order arrives. If your order is going to someone other than you, please consider adding our Gift Wrapping option with a personalized message. That way, the recipient will know the order is from you. Refused orders will be credited less the shipping and handling cost.
Click the NEXT button after completing your shipping information.
Kim's Club Members: Your billing information should auto-populate at this step. Your credit card information will not auto-populate because we do not store credit card information.
Step 3. - Promotional code (optional).
From time to time, Kim may advertise a promotional code in her newsletters for products in her store only. Use that code in the field provided. Verify that you have entered the code correctly and then click the NEXT button.
Any discount from your promotional code will appear on the Discount line on the Summary page. Be sure to check that out before completing your order!
If you do not have a promotional code, just click the NEXT button without entering anything.
Step 4. - Summary.
You can edit your Billing and Shipping Addresses, product(s), and/or payment method by clicking on the Edit hyperlink next to the section you want to change. Verify all of your order information here. Please note that any returned orders due to invalid Shipping Addresses will be credited less the shipping and handling cost. If you click on the Edit hyperlink, you will be taken to that section to change your order. Make the necessary changes to your order. Then you will need to follow the checkout process to return to this Summary page again.
Select your shipping and handling option by clicking on the drop down menu. All available shipping and handling options will be offered if your order meets our criteria. For more information on our shipping and handling options, please see the shipping information page.
Click the COMPLETE ORDER CLICK ONLY ONCE button to finish your order. As indicated, please click this button only once!
Step 5. - Order confirmation.
You will be taken to the order confirmation page. This page will include your order number. Print this page for your records.
You will also receive an e-mail with your order information included. Save that e-mail for your records too.
