Rules for reprinting Kim's content

Content published in the Kim Komando newsletters, books, podcasts, online at Komando.com, under the Kim Komando byline in newspapers, or in any other medium is copyrighted by the WestStar TalkRadio Network. This material may not be reproduced, republished or redistributed in whole or in part without the expressed written permission of WestStar TalkRadio Network.

Kim receives frequent republication requests. We generally grant such requests, assuming they meet the rules established by WestStar.

Please note: We cannot grant reprint permission for content owned by others. This includes content on the Microsoft Small Business site, and possibly other sites or publications. You must contact those agencies for reprint permission.

Permission may be granted for commercial or non-commercial use. There may be a charge for commercial use. Any decision on a charge will be made solely by WestStar.

Permission for reproduction, republication or redistribution is revocable at any time, for any reason. In addition, republication must meet the following rules:

1. Every republication must include a byline (By Kim Komando) at the beginning. We can supply a picture if you desire.
2. Every republication must include a footer. The standard footer is:

   This footer may be customized by special request.
   In the case of the weekly Newsletter, reprint permission may be granted for various sections, instead of the entire newsletter.
3. For republication in a newsletter, Kim Komando content must not comprise more than one-quarter of your total publication (e.g., if your newsletter is four pages, a maximum of one page may be filled with Kim Komando content).
4. Reprint permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis for individual content items or for a range of items and may be canceled at any time.
