I have tried to print several articles in the past couple of weeks and none of the "printer-friendly" links seem to be working. Is there an alternative method to print the text portion of articles? I am accessing through Kim's Club. Thanks! |

I just tested in multiple browsers on several different types of content and all of the printer friendly links worked.
Please clear you cache & cookies, restart your browser and give it another go.
If they still don't work please post back with the specific pages where you're having trouble.

Thanks...I cleaned out the cache and cookies. Still no luck. I am trying to print an older article from 4/24/06 describing the specific steps to secure a home wireless network.

Hmm, first let's confirm this is the Tip you're trying to print: Step-by-step, secure your home wireless network
I tried this specific Tip in both FF and IE, and was able to print the printer-friendly page.
Which printer friendly link are you trying? Have you tried them both? There's one at the bottom of the page, just below the page numbering, and there's another at the top-right of the page, just to the right of Kim's photo.
Which browser are you using, and what operating system?
Have you tried in a different browser?

Like Greg, I was able to pull up the Printer Friendly version on my screen. Now I have to ask, how are you going about trying to print it? There's at least 2 different ways that I can think of. 1, you can HIGHLIGHT the entire article and CTRL-C it, then open your PRINT screen and select SELECTION to print, or 2, just open the print screen and leave it on ALL, then click PRINT (without HIGHLIGHT it first). I've done it both ways, but every now and then, the second method won't work, so I revert to the first method.
