 feedback loop with installing windows 7

I am caught in the nightmare of a booting feedback loop after trying to upgrad from Vista to Windows 7...since I downloaded Windows 7, I don't even have a disc to use to try to repair or uninstall...please help

If you downloaded 7, you should have created a disk before installing it. And I'll bet you don't have an IMAGE backup of the Vista system. At this point, it looks like you can kiss all your third party programs, your data, your documents, and any pictures goodbye, because unless you can get your hands on a disk, you will have to wipe the hard drive clean and start over.

Contact Microsoft and see if they can will let you download 7 again. Then burn the download as a disc image. Doubtful, but you might be able to salvage data.
