Had a telecon with someone claiming to be a MS Service rep. He guided me through the system files and app list, looking for "Errors" or "Flags" found about 50 total. He told me to go to "RUN" box and type in "iexplore www.support.me" and it would put me with a MS service rep who would, by remote control remove all the flags and errors and immunize my syste. I didn't do it, because I didn't trust him. But I do have about 50 error flags, that he claimed would be attacking my system app files, till my computer would be disabled. Does this make sense to you smarter people? Should I do it? Costs a nominal $110. But that's not what's holding me back. I'm suspicious of a scam

It is a scam. Microsoft NEVER calls anyone. Download and run CCleaner and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Free When they run clean, you are clean.

Do not under any circumstances pay for this service.
