Hi,a grandchild was using my computer,a few programs were installed that I do not want. When I go to Control Panel, Programs, I click on the program I want to delete, but no DELETE option is there. This machine is running Windows Vista, 32 . Any help would be appreciated.

Best to go to Control Panel and look for the "Add or Delete Software". Don't know Vista but since you know how to get to control panel you should be able to find the Add/Delete software.

Where are the programs located? Some programs are just that a single file program without any installation required. They are usually .exe files and just need to be deleted. Can you describe them better? If there are icons right click and go to properties and report back what the "targets" are.

Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Free and CCleaner to make sure things are clean.
