I have a new blackberry pearl on the verizon network. Most the time my e-mail does not download automaticly from yahoo mail. I have to go to e-mail setup to get it to download again and again. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a solution. Or is it a problem with the new flip pearl. I didn't have this prolem with Alltel on the old pearl.

Now that Alltel is Verizon have you gone to your local Verizon Wireless Store for assistance on this product??

When Verizon switched the Alltel customers over, the Verizon stores were (still are) flooded with former Alltel customers having problems with the Verizon system. Even I had to visit THE STORE to have mine fixed, and had to wait 90 minutes to be waited on (not the CSR's fault, the lines were/are that long). If visiting THE STORE is not to your liking, try calling Verizon tech support and see if they can correct it over the phone.

Yes I have and they sent me a new phone and it does the same thing.
