can anyone help?Trying to put music on slideshow for my girls soccer team.Have downloaded pics into comp.now I need tunes.also what kind of disc.to use for dvd player.thanks,ziggy53

Check out Kim's Column here on creating a slide show. Windows Media Center will also allow you to create a slide show if you have Vista or Win7.

Kim also has an article on free music.

As for what type of disc to record to for a particular DVD player, that is a crap shoot. Some like only DVD+R media, some only DVD-R media. Computers will cope with either and will write to either. You will have to ask the people to whom you would be giving the DVD to check their player(s) and tell you which they wish.

Windows MOVIE MAKER will do the trick, as well. You can save to CD, DVD or just for playback on the computer. I've used it and it's great.
