WestStar Talk Radio Network is currently seeking to fill the entry-level position of Customer Service Specialist for The Kim Komando Show. This is full-time with benefits and potential for near-and long-term growth. We appreciate and reward initiative.

Job Description:

• Assist with customer email and phone inquiries
• Manage online message board
• Assist with order fulfillment
• Assist with e-store product procurement
• Develop relationships with vendors
• Assist with product inventory management
• Monitoring industry trends

Details: This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position in Phoenix (Thomas/24th St.) in a small company, casual environment.

About The Kim Komando Show

The Kim Komando Show is a talk radio show, broadcast live for three hours every Saturday. It is in the top 20 of national talk shows, according to Arbitron. The show, like all of Ms. Komando’s products, centers on computers, the Internet and digital consumer equipment.

Ms. Komando also distributes a daily one-minute show nationally, the Kim Komando Digital Minute. The weekly and daily shows are carried by more than 450 radio stations in the United States and elsewhere.

Ms. Komando also has many editorial products. These include columns for Gannett newspapers and for Microsoft. A question-and-answer column is carried by USA Today. And she has authored eight books.

In addition, Ms. Komando publishes a weekly newsletter and three daily newsletters: the Tip of the Day, the Cool Site of the Day and the News of the Day. All are distributed via e-mail. Altogether, she e-mails more than 5 million newsletters to subscribers weekly.
